Grazie grazie e ancora grazie! Oggi festeggio i primi 100 lettori fissi del blog.. e sono letteralmente entusiasta! Grazie davvero a tutte/i voi che mi seguite, commentate e scrivete. Ovviamente per ogni domanda/richiesta/collaborazione , inviatemi una mail a: trendytrashy@hotmail.it . Oggi ci tengo a postare il risultato del lavoro creativo dei miei adorati Feelo & Scarfy ( fotografi- Dj producers e amici), impegnatissimi a fotografare me e Giuly, la mia compagna di avventure sin dai tempi dell’asilo, quando per entrambe era di moda tingere a vicenda le nostre magliette con i pastelli colorati. I colori sono rimasti. Noi siamo cresciute un pò. Un photoshoot in puro stile trendy trashy: un pò nerd, un pò funny. con tanto stile e una vagonata colore. Quando si tratta di fare foto e divertirsi l’entusiasmo è di casa. E si vede. Ne approfitto così per presentarvi le prime t-shirts designed by me, aka Trendy Trashy.. e aspetto di sapere che cosa ne pensate.

Ispiration Hippie/Folk/Street.. for Chic

Una sfilata che rievoca le atmosfere del Greenwich Village anni '70. Anna Sui propone, per la prossima primavera estate 2011, una collezione esplicitamente ispirata alla stagione dei figli dei fiori. Anni '60/'70 dunque, quando in tutto il mondo si diffondeva lo slogan "Fate l'amore, non fate la guerra" e le ragazze intrecciavano perline tra i capelli lunghi, avvolti da fasce e bandane. Gli abiti firmati Anna Sui riprendono temi e colori di quel periodo: pantaloni a zampa d'elefante, bluse morbide, gilet con inserti di frange, abiti impreziositi da perline e bottoni e tante piume fra i capelli. I colori sono tanti, non vivaci, con una prevalenza di tessuto jeans, marrone, beige e rosso scuro, e gli stampati richiamano fantasie floreali o geometriche. Una collezione che vede confluire stili diversi, rievocando gli anni in cui la moda urlava al mondo il suo rifiuto verso il consumismo della società occidentale. La sfilata di Anna Sui porta in scena uno stile che emoziona e invita al rinnovamento. Un ritorno alla moda anni '70 che sembra quasi un invito a rompere con gli stereotipi contemporanei, a favore della naturalezza, spontaneità e creatività dell'individuo.  Anna Sui punta tutto sul folk glamorous, portando in passerella una hippie moderna dalle movenze rock 'n roll.     TT.

“A show that evokes the atmosphere of the ‘70s Greenwich Village. Anna Sui is proposing for next spring / summer 2011, a collection clearly inspired by the season of flower. ‘60s and ‘70s then, when the world spread the slogan “Make love, not war” and girls wove beads in her hair long, wrapped in swaddling clothes and bandanas. Anna Sui’s clothes take up themes and colors of that period: flared pants, soft blouses, vests with inserts of fringe, dresses adorned with beads and buttons and lots of feathers in her hair. The colors are many, not bright, with a prevalence of denim, brown, beige and dark red, and floral or geometric prints recall. A collection which sees different styles, recalling the years when fashion was shouting to the world his rejection of consumerism in Western society. The Anna Sui fashion show brings together a style that excites and invites renewal. A return to ‘70s fashion that seems almost an invitation to break with the contemporary stereotypes in favor of the naturalness, spontaneity and creativity of the individual. Anna Sui go all the glamorous folk, bringing the catwalk a hippie movements from modern rock ‘n roll.”    TT.
