POPCORN MOVIE STAR

Popcorn alla mano. Fatti in casa o confezionati. Posto in prima fila e occhiali extra large per il 3D. Benvenuti. Da oggi inauguro un nuovo capitolo. O una nuova rubrica, chiamatela come volete.
Per spezzare un pò la monotonia dei soliti post sugli outfit ho pensato di escogitare una variazione. Se vi state chiedendo di che cosa mai diavolo si tratta, vi rispondo all'istante. Sto pensando a una serie di post ispirati a video musicali, più o meno famosi. Il riconoscimento o meno dei suddetti video dipende dal genere di musica a cui vi dedicate.. La musica è da sempre mia alleata/compagna di giochi e viaggi mentali. No, non mi faccio di LSD. La mia droga è molto più potente e si chiama fantasia. E la musica non fa altro che alimentarla. Forse alcuni di voi non coglieranno al volo i miei riferimenti. Ma non disperate. Per ogni post "musicalmente ispirato" improvviserò una sorta di Wikipedia in modo da aggiornarvi sulle scoperte musicali nelle quali mi sono imbattuta. Aspetto i vostri suggerimenti: se avete in testa un video che vi piace e che vorreste vedere re-interpretato o re-interpretarlo voi stessi.. Pubblicherò qui sul mio blog le vostre re-interpretazioni più originali. Quindi.. via libera alla fantasia. Mandatemi le vostre mail a:

For each post "musically inspired" I will improvise some sort of Wikipedia in order to update you on the musical discoveries in which I came across. Waiting for your ideas and your creativity. LOST MY MIND IN BRICK LANE. AGAIN.

Lo so. Probabilmente mi credevate sparita, scomparsa, emigrata in qualche località balneare a spassarmela fra nuotate coi delfini e giri in bicicletta con tanto di reflex a seguito. Sebbene questo film mentale mi galvanizzi al massimo.. non è andata proprio così. Diciamo che questo periodo è stato come un pausa di riflessione.. con tanto di esami (ebbene sì, ne ho dati 3!) , dog-sitting e un viaggetto nella mia ormai seconda patria: Londra. Non mi stanco mai di questa città e, incurante di farla passare per una vera e propria ossessione.. continuo imperterrita a urlare ai quattro venti che la amo e che riesce a ispirarmi e stimolarvi. Insomma, c'è poco da dire. E' speciale e lì mi sento a casa. Per chi l'altra volta mi ha domandato dove alloggio quando volo per la City, ecco la risposta: Kings Arms Guest House. Un posto molto speciale per me. Si trova a Bow Road nell'East End. Dalì, basta un cambio di linea sulla Tube per arrivare nel centro in poco tempo.
Primo giorno: Mercato di Brick Lane, dove sono finalmente riuscita a trovare il parka. Morbidissimo. Nero con il cappuccio e il pelo bianco. Lo cercavo verde, è vero. Ma in effetti me ne sono subito innamorata. Costo: 24 Sterline. Per il mio outfit ho scelto di puntare sulla semplicità e la comodità. Quindi via libera a Converse, leggings e handmade shorts. Per quando riguarda la mia attuale ossessione, ovvero le borchie, ho trovato spunti molto interessanti da Topshop.. ma ve ne parlerò meglio nel prossimo post. La borchia comunque vince su tutto a Londra.
Impossibile non farsi prendere dallo shopping quando si arriva a Londra.. ma stavolta mi sono concentrata di più sulla ricerca delle tendenze e, visto che adoro fare foto al punto che mi scambiano per una cinesina con la Nikon attaccata al collo.. ne ho approfittato per improvvisarmi Cool-hunter e immortalare qualche outfit degno di nota. Lo streetstyle di Brick è veramente fantastico. Nel prossimo post troverete tutte le foto degli outfit.. Tanto colore e stile.
"I know. I had probably gone, disappeared, emigrated in some seaside for swim with dolphins or maybe take some pictures with my Nikon hunging around for strip clubs.  Although this mental movie galvanized me at most ... It didn't go very well. This period was as a pause for reflection ... with lots of tests (Yes, I took 3 hard exams at university!), dog-sitting services and a trip in my second home now: London. I never get tired of this city and, unmindful to pass for a real obsession ... I always shout from the rooftops that I love that city with all my heart. It's special and I feel at home there. For who asked me my accommodation when I flight to the City, here is the answer: Kings Arms Guest House. A very special place for me. Located in Bow Road in the East End. From there it needs only one chance of line on the Tube to get downtown.
First day: Brick Lane Market, where I finally managed to find the parka. Very Soft. Black with white fur hoods. I wanted it in green, that's true. But in fact I'm just in love. Cost: £ 24. For my outfit I chose to focus on simplicity and comfort. So go-ahead to Converse, leggings and handmade shorts. As far as my current obsession, or studs, I found very interesting ideas from Topshop. but I'll talk more in the next post. The stud still wins over London.  
Impossible not to get caught up from shopping when you arrive in London. but this time I focused more on research trends and, since I love to take photos that I exchanged for a china-girl with the Nikon attacked her neck ... I  enjoyed improvising myself as a cool-hunter and I immortalized some amazing outfits. Always love for the Brick Lane people, foods, cupcakes and also for the street writers.

Graffiti girl comes to Ibiza

7 giorni spettacolari. Spiagge bellissime (Cala Bassa, Cala Comte, La Salinas..per non parlare della bellezza di Formentera), cenette speciali, aperitivi unici nel delirio del Bora Bora.. musica fino all’alba all’Amnesia, Space, Pacha, Dc-10, Privilege.. Risate a non finire. E tanto colore. Come piace a me. Sempre alla ricerca di un tocco metropolitano ovunque mi trovi, sono rimasta colpita dalla produzione artistica dell’Isola bianca. Graffiti e murales non mancano. In questo caso è lo spazio urbano che ha fatto breccia nel mio cuoricino. Ibiza è un’isola dalle mille facce e questa vacanza mi resterà nel cuore.

Fun without end.And lots of color. I like it. Always looking for a touch metropolitan wherever I am, I was struck by the artistic production of the island. Graffiti and murals there. In this case, the urban space that has made inroads into my little heart. Ibiza is an island of a thousand faces and I sure that this holiday remains in your heart.”

Partite alla scoperta di nuovi scenari street nella nostra Livorno, abbiamo scovato questo posticino pieno di crepe, graffiti, polvere, colore.
